FOUR SEASONS YACHTS INJURY LAWYERS
Injured on a Four Seasons yacht?
Four Seasons Yachts sails a single yacht with 95 suites, carrying up to about 200 guests, with a marina at the stern for swimming and water sports, to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and many other destinations. That means tender landings, water activities, shore excursions and often long distances from a hospital. If you were hurt, your ticket can decide where and how fast you have to act.

ABOUT FOUR SEASONS YACHTS
Who you would be making a claim against.
Four Seasons Yachts began sailing in March 2026 and is a joint venture between Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and the yachting company Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings. Like any cruise operator, it has insurers and in-house lawyers, so what you tell them early can affect your claim.
THE FLEET
One yacht, with room for about 200 guests.
A second yacht is planned for 2027. Each yacht will link to its own page with reported incidents, so passengers searching by ship name land here.
COMMON FOUR SEASONS YACHT CLAIMS
Where yacht luxury goes wrong.
Tender & marina injuries
Boarding tenders and using the stern marina in open water.
Water sports
Swimming and other water activities from the yacht, and near-drownings.
Shore excursions
Tours and activities arranged through the yacht, often in remote places.
Slip and fall
Wet pool decks, polished floors, terraces and stairs.
Medical negligence
Limited onboard care and delayed evacuation from remote waters.
Illness outbreaks
Norovirus and food- or water-borne illness on board.
WHAT TO DO AFTER AN INCIDENT
Report it onboard
Ask for a copy of the incident report before you leave the ship.
Document the scene
Photograph the hazard, the location, and any posted signage or lack of it.
Get seen onboard
A visit to the ship’s medical center creates a record with the date and time. Keep every bill and receipt.
Call before you settle anything
What you tell the yacht line or its insurers early can affect your claim later, so do not sign a release or accept a payment before you call.

FOUR SEASONS YACHTS-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
How long do I have to file a claim after an injury on a yacht cruise?
The yacht line’s ticket contract, like most, can set a short deadline and name the court you must use. Most cruise tickets give you one year to file, and often six months to give written notice. Because the exact terms depend on your ticket, we check the contract that applies to you.
Is this a hotel company or a yacht operator? Who is responsible?
The yacht is run by a joint venture between a hotel company and a yachting company, and your ticket names the company you sailed with. We identify the right company for you before anything is filed. That way, nothing goes to the wrong place.
What if the activity was arranged by the yacht’s concierge team?
It can count. Activities arranged through the yacht can carry different responsibility depending on who ran them, the yacht’s own team or an outside operator. Because the facts differ from port to port, we look at who set it up, who ran it and what you signed.
I was hurt swimming or using the marina. What should I do?
Get medical care first, then report it and keep your records. The yacht line may be responsible for activities it offers from the yacht, although a waiver you signed does not always end a claim. Because the details matter, please keep a copy of anything you signed.
I was hurt boarding a tender boat, does that count?
It can. Boarding a tender in open water is a common source of injury claims at ports where a yacht cannot dock, and the same ticket-contract deadlines apply. Whether you have a claim depends on what went wrong, such as the sea conditions, the crew’s help or the equipment.
The hotel company is based in Canada. Where can I file?
It depends on your ticket. With companies based in more than one country involved, your contract may name a court or a country’s law you would not expect. We read it before anything is filed, so that your claim goes to the right place.
What does it cost to find out if I have a case?
Nothing. The review is free, and if we take your case, we work on contingency, so our fee comes only from what we recover for you.
