Debi Chalik
Debi has spent her legal career advocating for people who have been injured or disabled, and for families who have lost a loved one, because of someone else’s negligence or recklessness. She is a founding partner of Chalik & Chalik, where she established the firm’s Litigation Division.
She says knowing a client’s day-to-day struggles is what lets her explain them to a jury if a case has to be tried. As a trial lawyer she pairs that personal commitment with a close understanding of liability and personal injury law.
Born in Montreal, Debi received a fellowship to study law at Nova Southeastern University, where she earned numerous awards before graduating. She went on to practice personal injury law alongside her husband, Jason Chalik, at Rosen & Chalik, and the two later founded the Law Offices of Chalik & Chalik.
