Debi Chalik co-founded the firm and leads its litigation division. She was the first attorney in the country to sue a cruise line over negligent COVID-19 exposure, a case that settled for more than 100 passengers within a year, and regularly handles maritime recreational accident claims, including parasailing and jet ski injuries.

Jason Chalik co-founded the firm alongside his wife, Debi. He handles the full range of injury claims personally, from motor vehicle to premises liability cases, and was instrumental in advocating for the White-Miskell Act, Florida’s first law regulating the parasailing industry.
