ABOUT JASON
An attorney who takes every case personally.
“Debi and I take everything personally. To us, it’s not just a job. We don’t stop thinking about our cases when we go home at night. I think that makes us better.”
Jason Chalik
Jason is a founding partner of Chalik & Chalik. He offers legal help and compassionate counsel to people who have been injured, and to families who have lost a loved one, because of the negligence or recklessness of others. Helping injured people who do not know how the legal system works is the part of the job he loves most.
He and his wife and business partner, Debi, founded the Law Offices of Chalik & Chalik in 2003. As parents of three children, they take cases involving children very seriously, and the firm’s slogan reflects how personally they take every client’s struggle.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Jason moved to Florida with his family in 1977 and grew up in Plantation, where the firm is now headquartered. He attended American University on a full tennis scholarship, studied political science and justice, interned for CNN during the Persian Gulf War and later worked on Capitol Hill. After law school at the University of Florida, he joined Rosen & Monaldi in Plantation, became a managing partner when it grew into Rosen & Chalik, and later took over the firm with Debi when its founding partner retired.

OUR FAMILY FIGHTING FOR YOUR FAMILY
“Our names are on the firm. It’s very important that everything about our firm represents our commitment to our clients. We have high standards in terms of our staff and how they speak to our clients. We want our name to mean we’re excellent lawyers and we take a personal interest in every case. We will fight for our clients as if they were our own family.”
Jason Chalik
Jason and Debi founded Chalik & Chalik in 2003 and put their own names on it. They say that means high standards for how the staff treat clients, and the firm handles its own appeals instead of passing them to another firm. That personal commitment is what sets them apart from larger, more impersonal practices.
